The root of my concern is that neither Ray or Tullow is saying what they are doing concerning the Guinea concession and when the heck there're going to drill it. Tullow was picked because they could be drilling the quickest and what we got instead was delay after delay... The concession is running out, Hyperdanamics is running out of money and Tullow seems to be sitting on thier hands.
