It could be surprise news about case dismissal too...legal fighting has many twits and turns...What bother me is the inventor of the patents filed statements to help the defendant. Doesn't sound right and logical but it is in the motion filed by google.It's like a real binary gamble now...so pick your bet. I had high hope in MAXD against google at first, but now it's more of a weaker gamble.
