As Milesblue has pointed out,.... it's going to take more than a modest R/S to get this company anywhere.

Even if they were to do a 100/1 R/S they would still have 156+ MM shares and close to no income,.....

And a 100/1 R/S would give the company a shareprice of $0.05,....

A modest RS, some sales, and we're in the green.
