Cash has to be getting low here, unless Revenue is up and expenses are down. From the recent press releases, I think it is fair to say that Revenue will be up, but so will expenses...
The key to when this stock moves will be when they are at least breaking even.
Answer that question and you will know if this will be a December to remember.
