Should MRF not make it (maybe 'when' is a better choice of words), directors, officers, insurance company (if premiums paid) and maybe whoever that conn getting into bed with them - are in big trouble. My guess the boys in India are not HIPAA compliant and BL and company become responsible for personal health information - tougher rules than SEC bigger fines and more empty cells to fill. Hope to God at least one person keeps MMRF cuase Karma is a bitch.
