Porter SR published that in 2013 or earlier. 25 years prior would have been in 1988 (or earlier). The WWW started in 1991. Yes there was internet before then but publishing an e-book? Even if you could, there was no way to "buy it" online.

56K Modem?? In 1988 it was 2.4K modems (barely) for 99.9% of those with modems.

The Porters have just learned to say whatever sounds good. Ethical father to ethical son.
