Not sure when that particular name was set up, but I think that name is just a legal formality and not a tangibly different division of the company or anything like that. Not making this statement as anything more than unconfirmed speculation though. Did a few minutes poking around on the internet to try and figure that out, but didn't find anything compelling. Of course, finding out anything meaningful at all about this company is pretty hard to do these days.
