Those goofballs weren't really that bad. I have said all along Marani needed to work up some drink recipes to use in a marketing campaign. So - there are some recipes. Granted, there won't be any effort on Margrit's part to do serious sales, marketing, or advertising, so the end result will be the same. She doesn't have the money, nor, I suspect, the motivation.

A few weeks ago I tossed some ideas out about packing her car full of product and going to bars, restaurants, and nightclubs with table tents, promotional 'stuff', etc. etc. Still think that's a workable idea. Granted, takes lots of effort, and it's only a small piece of what she needs. Still - she's got product sitting...so what's there to lose?

I know - doesn't take into account the expired licenses. Does anyone think Margrit cares about the intricacies of the legal issues? I bet she doesn't.

Here's a proposal: You find five friends of yours willing to cough up $20K each. I will take a month off and come to Cali and create a ground campaign for you - and help you work it. The way I see it - its success is the only hope I have of my investment ever recovering. That's right - cough up $100K and let me do the rest. You have zero to lose. Your shareholders are hopelessly screwed now anyway - and frankly, to run MRIB 3.0, the share structure you will have to create will wipe us out anyway. I volunteer my services; just cover my expenses (airfare, hotel, meals). IF we could get traction in Cali, you can do the rest. Lot's of others have done it before you. Maybe we hook up with a distributor and work it together with them. I will do a summary report every two weeks you can provide shareholders. I will even spell all the words correctly, and make sure the grammar is impeccable. No BS - just facts. 'This week Marani was placed in the following bars, restaurants, and night clubs in SoCal'. 'We ran the following promotions'. 'These local businesses have agreed to carry our flagship product'. You get the drift.
