SFOR about to descend back to trip 0's again. Post the last RS from a few months ago (their 3rd in the last 20 months) the stock is down 98% on the way back to .0001

This company is fake. Bad technology bad mgmt and no revenue. A few times they stumble into a good partner deal only to get the boot. The CEO has publicly lied on this forum, in the webex sessions he used to hold.

16 year old company. $36 million in losses, $12 million in Preferred debt on the books, about $200k in annual revenue and they RS the stock every 8 months

If you owned 10 million shares 20 months ago today you have 10 shares at .0022 or 3 cents in holdings. They have not filed Chapter 7 because the 3 management continue to take money every month
