Speaking to the choir. You missed the point. They know at some point some kind of a deal will occur is it a sell or new license.

When that occurs they got 1.5 more shares so it easier for them to recover then the destroyed shareholder imo. Going from .25 to .10 means they got 1.5 more shares each to 1 not bad if you were on the receiving end or that's the way I've read the filing maybe be wrong but that's how I think we got to 64 million so fast.

It really don't matter cause you right no one is buying until something major occurs. It may turn out good for all but to me if we get a crumb we be lucky again imo cause summer is along way off and imo the o/s will continue to rise.
