Here i'll slip in a question arising from this of Ben Carson's

Is it as obvious to anyone out there as it is not obvious to me just what parts of government are "“important to the president”" that
will not "“hurt the American people.”"? Seems to me that is a fair and important question. Has anyone asked Ben Carson about that?
