Somewhere in the distance, you can faintly hear people yelling and banging pans and asking if you understand, but that is just Idiot Village, an abandoned little ghost town where some gypsys have set up camp. They aren't hurting anyone there in their isolated little fantasy world so they are tolerated, but nobody goes too close, because the place is reminiscent of Jonestown.
