(the “Company”)(OTC: BKFG) today announced that it has engaged Anton & Chia, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, as its independent auditors to conduct an annual audit of the Company’s financial statements and reviews of each of our quarterly financial statements. The Company expects to announce its results of operations for the quarters ending June 30, 2015 and September 30, 2015 by mid-November 2015.
