Important With These HDSI Thoughts To Understand...

Pumping a stock and actually believing in a stock are two different things. I was a shareholder in HDSI in the past, but I previously sold and moved on back then because of the reverse split and the excessive amounts of notes that particular operation had. Those main negative variables are all gone now which is why I am now long on HDSI moving forward. To add, they are bringing Good Gaming into HDSI which is a legit operations. I think they are going public now to exist as its own separate entity because of having something positive that they believe the company is ready to move forward with. They had been public as a subsidiary for some time in CMGO. I think they know that they need to be their own Parent Company with the magnitude of their upcoming growth.

From what I have researched, Good Gaming is scheduled to make over $20 million in 2016 and later within this post, I think you might have a clue as to why with its support TEAM:

I will explain the beauty of this union of Good Gaming and HDSI merging to become one to relate to their multi-billion dollar connection a little later in the last half of this post, but first let me address the tournament of which some are referring.

The tournament of which some were referring to was a major tournament and some things didn't work out so well, but a lot of things did work out well. Look at it like this... It's like riding a bike. When you first rode a bike, didn't you ride better the next time you went back to ride that bike? And so on... and so on... and so on. I believe that some of the issues that had existed in the past from their major tournament that was conducted are all worked out as indicated below:

The info above came from a link within the article below within the following paragraph that’s highlighted in bold:

Blizzard-licensed Good Gaming tournament ends in shambles
http://www.dailydot.com/esports/good-gaming-tournament-mess/

We reached out to Good Gaming shortly after the controversy blew up, and late yesterday it provided us with its first statement since the event (which you can read in full here.) It claims that a lot of the issues were unforeseen, and that pulling off the tournament was "not without challenges." Many of the issue, Good Gaming said, were due to hackers intentionally disrupting the Teamspeak server that the organization was using to communicate with players, along with others impersonating Good Gaming admins on social media networks.

In order to fix these issues, Good Gaming promises to have more automated systems in place by January, and says it will increase staff and make the rules more concise.

The beauty about this tournament is that Good Gaming is going to have a chance to redeem itself. What’s even more beautiful is that the tournament was licensed by Blizzard Entertainment:
http://blizzard.com/
http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/

Blizzard Entertainment is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Activision Blizzard, Inc. which is actually the American parent corporation for Activision and Blizzard Entertainment, headquartered in Santa Monica, California, United States. In 2014, Activision Blizzard was the fifth largest gaming company by revenue:

With Activision Blizzard, Inc. through Blizzard Entertainment providing support to Good Gaming to fix what was previously broke from their past tournament, I am confident that they have a TEAM that will make this a huge success. Let’s further analyze some credentials.

Activision Blizzard, Inc. is a multi-billion dollar company that is worth $25.52 BILLION that trades on the NASDAQ at $35.00 per share:

Only a guess, but if I had to guess, I would venture to believe that Good Gaming is in some very good company to make sure they get things done right for here on out. I believe that Good Gaming has more than just a foot in the door for moving forward. The name of a multi-billion dollar company is on the line to make sure they get it right the next time too that were behind such products as Call of Duty series, Skylanders series, Spyro the Dragon series, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series, Guitar Hero series, Warcraft series, StarCraft series, Diablo series, Heroes of the Storm, Overwatch and more. This is why I think Good Gaming going into HDSI is now truly a very good thing for us shareholders.

Now consider some further thoughts to justify why Good Gaming going into HDSI is such a great deal. Read below from some earlier posts:

BLACKFISHRICH, regarding your HDSI questions...

Those are some very good questions of which here is what I have learned as answers for myself based on the CMGO PR released today regarding HDSI:

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/cmg-holdings-group-announces-spinout-144500955.html
~ Elimination of all assets of SirenGPS business.
~ Elimination of all of SirenGPS' intellectual property.
~ Elimination of all of SirenGPS' trademarks and customer lists.
~ Elimination of all of SirenGPS' $6.5 million convertible notes/debt.
~ Elimination of all of SirenGPS' several billion diluted shares upon potential conversion of those notes.
~ Elimination of all of SirenGPS' current assets and liabilities associated with the SirenGPS business.
~ Elimination of all of SirenGPS' management.

~ Completion of asset purchase of the Good Gaming platform.
~ Completion of asset purchase of the Good Gaming intellectual property.
~ Completion of asset purchase of the Good Gaming software code.
~ Completion of asset purchase of the Good Gaming other company assets.
~ Completion of cancelling the proposed 130 reverse split previously petitioned by the old management in HDSI's form 14c.
~ Completion to amend the petition for a new name and ticker change following the completion of the APA later this month.
~ Completion of bringing in the management of Good Gaming to take over control of HDSI.

They are stripping the old HDSI down from all of its assets, debts, liabilities, etc. to bring in Good Gaming as the newly existing entity. This is definitely a new beginning where it is basically 100% out with the old and 100% in with the new.

Also, the Authorized Shares (AS) for HDSI is still 2,000,000,000 shares:

BLACKFISHRICH, here’s what HDSI means IMHO…

They are referring to the ”elimination” of the $6.5 million worth of billions of shares that were not issued, but we're ”potentially able” to be issued although never were issued considering if this new deal didn't take place ”eliminating” such dilution and/or ”potential” dilution from ever kicking in to ever truly exist.

The proof to confirm what I am explaining is indicated within the HDSI filings within the Nevada Secretary of State (SOS) reflecting that the Authorized Shares (AS) were increased to be 2,000,000,000 shares back on 8/12/2011. Since that time of Aug 2011, the AS has still remained the same which confirms that billions of shares were never issued or such would of had to have been captured with an increase in the AS of which had never happened.

The AS remained unchanged meaning also that any of the previous dilution is also done now that this deal is being done. The ”elimination” of the $6.5 million worth of convertible debt is huge and gives HDSI a new beginning. See below where the AS increasing to 2,000,000,000 shares took place back in Aug 2011 of which is still unchanged as of today:

And here below is again confirmation that the AS for HDSI remains unchanged at 2,000,000,000 Shares since Aug 2011 and as of today:
