Thanks for the “Thanks”. Nice to know one’s efforts are appreciated.

As for the conference call, my position is that any conference call with CG would be an exercise in futility. CG can do little other than dance around the facts. Notwithstanding his reluctance to telegraph trade secrets, CG is contractually prohibited from making disclosures. In short, after speaking with various Texas Officials, putting it in OTC vernacular, I am satisfied that we are not being screwed, scammed, lied to, or otherwise bamboozled.

I’m not suggesting that a conference call would do absolutely no good, but I believe, given the circumstances my efforts would fall under the law(s) of diminishing returns. If someone cares to pick up the baton and run with it, I would not be opposed, but my efforts can be better spent elsewhere. At this point, I am willing to wait for some type of media news as things progress. There should be a number of newspaper and media warning shots before the big parade down main street occurs.
