I wonder how many shares CSTI wants on the the bid at .03. They're hanging tough, showing only 10,000 but appeared to have just bought around 85,000 while showing 10,000. Wonder if they're short or just know this is a bargain. Potential sellers need to hold for big profits, IMO, instead of letting CSTI get shares at the bid.
