I think part of the problem is lack of ongoing Investor Relations from POW!, and also lack of ongoing support for POW! projects.

Almost no business PRs, makes it look like the company is dead.

POW! has never responded to any questions I've submitted to their Investor Relations, other shareholder/potential shareholders probably get the same treatment. I would not expect an institutional stock buyer to purchase POW! stock if they are snubbed by Investor Relations.

I, also, couldn't help but notice Stan Lee trying to leave the POW! related panels early (to get back to signing autographs, money that he pockets).

Also, very little support from any of Stan's/POW! social media websites. All the projects should have received Tweets, Facebook postings and articles on TheRealStanLee.com. Retweets from Jon East while he was filming "Lucky Man" should have been done, also.

TheRealStanLee.com interviews people in the entertainment industry, but almost never someone working on a POW! project.

These are the same problems that have plagued the company since I first bought in (late 2005?). I don't think they will be fixed until Stan or Gill think it's in their best interests to fix them (like trying to sell the company).

I had hoped that the panel with Todd McFarlane, Marc Silvestri, and Jim Lee, would result in one of them buying into POW! (repricing the stock) and join the board of directors.

I don't know whats going to happen with the next earnings report (I do hope it's good), but I am optimistic about next year when "Lucky Man" comes out.

I appreciate the thanks (although not necessary), but I'm not sure if I will keep it up after the earnings report. Unless something happens at the end of the year, POW! is usually quiet until the 10K comes, almost 4.5 months away. Without the share price moving, there doesn't seem to be a reason to keep up with the company.
