Correct me if I'm wrong about where you got your 95M outstanding shares quantity, but isn't that number derived from the SC 13G filings from Jason Scott and Amer Salameh earlier this year? Those aren't quantities based on anything that BIGG has officially publicly released in financial reports. Last financial report I see issued by BIGG themselves was a 10Q Quarterly Report dated May 27, 2014 which indicates the outstanding share quantity at 22,879,892.
So my questions to everyone, and in particular BIGG themselves, are these: Where is the disconnect between those 2 outstanding share quantities (10Q report vs. the 13G reports)? And how did Jason Scott and Amer Salameh become privy to 95M as a correct quantity of outstanding shares absent any public disclosure from BIGG themselves?
