Penny Stock Attorney Darren Ofsink arrested today for his role in the AJ Discala stock manipulation scheme on tickers ITEN, SSET, TSGL, and CRPT

Ofsink was long time in-house counsel for Joseph Meuse and William Luckman for their many Chinese reverse merger deals. He also did a lot of work for Minny Mar and tons of S-1 shell deals. Now his dirty attorney work has landed him in jail. Rare to see a dirty penny stock attorney end up in jail for their role in facilitating these schemes. In my opinion it needs to happen much more often.
