that is expectation of naked shorts i still believe this stock will skyrocket again



Please explain how does imaginary naked shorting raise the A/S past 20 Billion shares. Or the O/S past 8 Billion shares

Also how does imaginary naked shorting prevent Scott Gallagher from filing with the SEC?
