I contacted URHG and learned that they will have their Annual Meeting for UMRC , followed immediately by the URHG Annual Meeting, on Friday, December 4, in San Jose, California. They are in the process of sending out an announcement and details should follow that.
I asked if it was OK for me to post that on this site and the answer was yes and to spread the word to anyone else I know who has shares (especially to anyone owning Noble or UMRC stock in case they aren't on the URHG contact list).
