As I understand it, they had already successfully emerged from the Convenios Concursales and new shares were issued per the agreement. This r/s is not mentioned in the plan, or at least I haven't seen it.

They have been relisted on the BMV andall seemed business as usual except for the Q on the ADR OTC symbol. That should be coming off soon, but I never like r/s's
