The Mexican bankruptcy rules are likely different than U.S. bankruptcy rules, where BKs in the U.S. wipe out the equity shareholders by cancelling the share equity(ies). Shareholders then lose everything.

If the DHOXQ Secured Creditors are satisfied with a reverse split it at least allows the current shareholders to retain their share equity, albeit at a one for 10 ratio.
