Dundee Corporation has acquired fully and in part numerous other companies. Given that Dundee has such a huge stake (39.8%, purchased for $4.3M) in $URBF already and that the synergies are so complimentary it is very likely that URBAN BARNS FOODS becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Dundee Corporation very soon.
