"the bid never leaves .0001. If anyone could explain that to me I would be eternaly grateful"

It's been explained multiple times and it's declared in the SEC too. C convertible preferred rates and contract details.

For the amount of debt the C preferred are converting, and since it hit .0001, Redwood and Dominion get discounted shares @ .00006. They're milking it for all they can so, top of the ask @ .0002 that's them, jointly and separately, either or. But, They're also making nice bank when they dump @ .0001 too. I mean, wouldn't you be happy if ya could pull interest and 40% profit out of this POS too? Hell screw this POS, most anybody in their right mind, in the major markets would be dancing for joy!

Now estimate what's been dumped since June, with their following, riding, declining in price but not their 40%, they're making clean bank regardless of price, and @ .0001 they can't possibly lose except! once you estimate the amount of cash they're set to dump, you should be getting to the range of another 100-200 billion more shares @ .00006 yet to go. And that's not including the B and D preferred.

realize the value of that 400 million bid and You're only talking about 40 grand. If Toxic dumps that 40 grand in one shot they'll kill the bid. it's not going to just keep reloading bidders and dumping another 40 grand like they did in the good ol'days. PLUS, That's not 40 grand of the debt too, it's only $24,000 of the debt reduction. 40k -40% = debt reduction .

You've got to milk it out slowly, evenly, yet, because Toxic is sitting on top the list, they're also squeezing out flippers. let a few dump through but the rest, hoping for a .0001 double flipped @ .0002 are stuck, they'll put the pressure on toxic, and just like last year's 2014 December, flippers will back away, dump those .0001's and no bid happens again. This show is exactly what they did in 2014 from June until December's no bid status, where the Conman pulled a reverse split in march 2015 to dump it once more. , .

trying to flip an .0001 in this game is swimming up a downstream with a crap $40k bid (24k debt reduction) against a potential 100-200 billion share. even if there's only 50 billion in share to dump {50,000,000,000) x .0006 = $3,000,000 it's a dead horse. .

Corn-fused-us Long-vestor ancient saying: Patience and small movements keep a steady course.

I don't have a humble opinion!

At's ma boy!
