Hemp production WAS legalized in CA in 2013 by a Bill signed by Gov. Brown BUT from what I read the actual farming is on hold as long as this conflicts with federal legislation, which could be even longer if the Republicans take office. Anyway there have been no recent specific updates as to when farming might commence.

Unfortunately they missed out on the vaping boom as some municipalities are banning e-cigs to minors and claiming they're as harmful as tobacco.

EVEN SO there IS a solid market most everywhere certainly in CA and other western and more liberal states, STOP ADMIRING YOUR DOGS, TOM, LONG ENOUGH TO GET MOVING ON GETTING THE PRODUCT TO MARKET!
