***$ILST UPDATED DD and VALUATION***

ILST CEO said in the recent webinar that ILST would enjoy *at least* $5M net profit annually once gold production starts. With a 950M o/s that is .0053 earning per share.

The industry standard P/E ratio for the mining industry is 25-30.

25p/e x .0053eps = .1325 per share

30p/e x .0053eps = .159 per share

We have a legitimate share valuation of .1325 to .159 once production begins. I would say that speculation of production happening SOON based on the the known gold resource on the Van Deemen project and the quality management team here on ILST would take us at least into pennyland from current levels.

ILST is the biggest no-brainer I've ever seen folks.

This is the most undervalued play on the OTC based on what we already know about the Van Deemen project and the management team that has already proven they know how to take projects from plan to production.

--they've been working on a SEC Guide 7 Technical Report
--there is at least 34,000oz of gold in a relatively concentrated area (34,000oz = $40,000,000 at today's gold prices)
