In their defense they(cdex officers) could say that it was all to attract more suckers. Just look at the past writings of some of those stockholders who believed that crap. But yes you're correct that those were direct lies meant to mislead stockholders and investors. My bet is that some of those stockholders wish they could have dumped this junk back then at .05.

Just an example of how stupid some stock holders can be even when they were provided with the evidence over and over again.
