has anyone confirmed of the technology and product that EIPC once had has not be "sold" to the new company in exchange for worthless shares of EIPC?

What will investors if they learn that any contracts for product will go to the new company and EIPC will see nothing from any sales or licensing?

will you feel scammed then and will you contact the SEC then?
