Steve JUST called me BACK!..and I asked ALL the questions from this board

1. WHEN is the dividend? When did one need to own the stock?
Steve: As soon as PURA gets the financials in order. Every shareholder of record that held $USMJ stock by end of trading on 8/3/15 will receive an equal amount of $PURA stock.

2. PATENT info?
Steve: Patent registration number is 14/182,631 and $USMJ is partnered with:

BTW, I personally followed up on this.
The law firm representing the patent is Salter & Michaelson and the attorney is David Driscol. Phone number for law firm is 401-421-3141. His assistant, Trish, talked me though the patent
submitted by Frederick Ferri - inventor & employee of Nature Comfort Meds (partnered with $USMJ). http://www.uspto.gov/ go to the green link button & tap on Public Pair (3rd one down on the left side). The status shows that the fee was paid on 10/05/15 and is in 'pending' status.

3. Phil Verges?
Steve: He was an investor before our name change, but is no longer affiliated with $USMJ.

4. News?
Steve: Shareholder letter to be released by Monday, November 2, 2015.

5. Do you read the message boards?
Steve: (I'm paraphrasing here) NO, because a lot of what's posted on those board is not true and by people that are just day traders (bashers and pumpers). we want those people to shake out from our stock because they are not looking at the potential of our company.

7. I thanked him for calling me back!
Steve: I get over 1,000 emails a day and over 400 phone calls. It's impossible to call everyone back.

If I could have thought of more questions, he would have answered them. It's like he dropped everything to RETURN my call. I'm in LONG here!
