No - I saw it in the article that someone else cited back to me.

Clearly the $26MM covers more than the purchase price of PRSN - maybe they need operating capital to actually market this stuff?

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
