ROFL what a load of crap. These guys can go fly a kite ffs. A letter of intent is useless, provides no value and is stupid fluff to gauge whatever remaining shareholder opinion is left. Thus allowing them to know whether or not old bag holders have moved on. Next will be the r/s, ticker/name change and a whole new pump.

These scammers never once intended on developing any of the properties they had claimed to initially have a working interest in.
