This means that they haven't probably even started the app and probably only hired someone because there getting sued.

I wonder what the name of this Prominent Development house in Texas that they never mention the name of. If you go and read all of there other releases it states like they were almost done with the app and now all of a sudden its in design phase? Makes you want to go Hmmmmmmmmmmmm!!! Its getting real hot in here...
