SutiMco International New Dividend, Name Change and Shareholders
Updates.



Dallas, TX – October 29th
, 2015 – SutiMco International Inc., (OTCPK: SUTI ).
Today, the company and its management would like to announce several updates:
The management filed the request for a new name change and Dividends with FINRA. After several “back and
forth” between the company, FINRA and the Transfer Agents, the company has filed for new corporate action
dates. As of today’s filings, the dates are as follows;
1. New Record date December 1st,2015. (This is the date that determines what amount of shares are held
by the shareholders on December 1st, 2015 and therefore the dividend will be issues on a 20 to 1 ratio
from the number of shares held on record date, for every 20 shares of PRPM the shareholder will get 1
share of SUTI).
2. New Payment/distribution date December 8th,2015 (This is when the dividend is scheduled for payment)
3. Declaration Date October 29th,2015: This is the date when this filing was announced to the public.
4. New cusip for the pending name and symbol change received by the company.
5. Additional name change and symbol change information filed with FINRA.
The management is currently waiting for the official approval from FINRA for the name and symbol change as
well as the pending dividend, which will follow by a Press Releases from both FINRA and then both the dividend
receiving company, ProTek Capital Inc., (PRPM) and the dividend issuer SutimCo International Inc., (SUTI), and
the DTCC.
The Management is currently interviewing for a new CEO and additional Board Members. All resumes should be

Recently, the company launched a new web portal: http://www.mjvc.org/ and sister company
http://www.luxuriantholdings.com/
MJVC new site will keep investors and stakeholders aware of the latest developments of the company and
provide a professional information venue for all interested parties. SUTI/ MJVC management feels that this step,
