Interesting info about Greenwood, sort of new about GEG scam but got faked out like the rest at first. You said if the SEC goes sniffing around but I think it falls into the State Corporate Statutes, Co. Bylaws and Charter since they are private "companies" per se. But if the State of S.C. ever investigated they would find that it is a fraudulent scam, and SEC could bust UBRG, the attorney would face disbarment, and there would once again be peace in the valley.
I just hope they're cheating on their taxes. That always gets lots of jail time. How to get this investigation going is the question. It would go something like "State of S.C. vs. SCUM UBRG management".
