Start with The Swiss Dynasty Trust and The Full Circle Trust. These places were clearly where John Bourque had his shares. Notice that mention of this activity were absent on the last 2 years financials.

If so, then John Bourque dumping all his shares activated the need for the one billion share authorization, of which the guaranteed for-sure to be done by John Bourque's puppet Board of Directors to issue 395 million shares to John Bourque will be executed as a Pig in a Poke.
