It's doubtful Justanopinion1. Even if damages could be collected (which is a big IF), they could never fully recover what was lost. There isn't enough room left in the authorized share structure to raise any significant cash. It would make more sense to start over. Personally, I'd be surprised if Fairhills Capital is ever pinned down enough to make any kind of restitution to ANY of the companies they defrauded.
