I was hoping the deal would be closer to $10. My current avg. cost is around $7.60 and with no dividend and the deal not closing until late 2016, I now have dead money for a year with not much upside.
Not as happy about this as I was yesterday.
There is a possibility for a class action suit from shareholders.

Just my opinion, of course.
