If the R/S isn't being considered any more, any CEO with half a brain would have put it in the PR imo. Why would you cancel an impending R/S, or reconsider your decision, and NOT mention it? It's of HUGE importance to shareholders.

Not saying you're wrong but I think it's dangerous to assume until we hear something explicit from the co.
