8k - LOI for up to $2 million in convertible debt to be purchased by SM funding. My understanding is that no notes will be hitting for a while because of this but do your on diligence as for i'm not an expert and I could be wrong.
8K - Steve Saleen is making SM funding the beneficiary of his $15 Million life insurance policy.

Chart technicals are extremely bullish. MACD about to go positive. Accumulation and Distribution are on a bullish move north. Solid based formed with support at .0004 & 0005 SMA 50 is at .0006. Ichimoku Cloud is extremely thin providing very little resistance for a move north. CCI is oversold and almost bottomed. RSI is at 45 and Bollinger Bands are pinching extremely tight! Set ups do not get better for a technical trader imo.
