Sometimes it takes years, sometimes it takes months. They began this behind the scenes 1.5 years ago, check out the huge volume in Febuary 2014 on no news. I think it could take a few more months but it could also be done next week. If they are really doing a merger for the NOL's then a value of just 1/10 the $70M would be $7M or .36 per share lol! If the case is that it takes 3 years then I will hold for another 1.5 and probably buy more if it's going to be a .0070 to .36 run :)!
