Synovus raises quarterly dividend to $0.12/share

Synovus (NYSE:SNV) raises its quarterly dividend by 20% to $0.12/share, resulting in an annual yield of 1.59%.

The dividend will be payable from Jan 2016.

The company plans to repurchase $300M shares over the next 15 months.
