That is a good news for EFLN shareholders because which means the company will keep filing the financial reports to maintain the OTCCI Fully Reporting status! Also the audited action by the IRS is actually very helpful for us since some investors ever addressed the previous unaudited financial reports before. The IRS auditing process is a more strict and more reliable way to verify the company's financial balance sheet (assets and liabilities etc.)...
