Status of such information, if present and not disclosed to the public surely qualifies as Insider Information.

If it can be documented that if such information that qualifies as significant enough to afford a person an unfair vantage in the Market, is obtained, then I wonder which is in err of the law, the receiver or the supplier of the information, be it a company source or not.
