Louis.... you calculate (guess) that the new shares will begin trading at .92 cents per share. OK... an interesting guess. However, my guess is about $12.00 per share at beginning of trading. (Est float of about 12 million shares... est year ahead earnings of about .40 cents per share... and an est 30X price earnings ratio. The market will set the price based on expectations. The company will have to retain most of the 41 million shares in the company treasury... and will float est 12 million shares) Just my GUESS!!
