Christians in Kazakhstan

Charged With Illegal Activities

According to “Almaty News Information Agency”, eight members of the Evangelical Christian Baptist Church were detained by the National security forces. They were charged with involving children with illegal religious activities.

The detainees, including seven South Korean citizens and one US citizen, allegedly under the guise of free English classes, organized a biblical summer camp for 127 children.

Please pray for these Christians as a pre-trial investigation is going on regarding this case.
