It is just a temporary close to fix some issue. Once the issue is resolved the hotel will be re-opened again which will start to generate the consistent positive cash flow from the normal business!

By the way there was a typo in my post yesterday: the revenue number was based on $65 per room per day/night, not $80! If we use $80 per room per day/night then the revenue number should be 365 x 120 x $80 x 0.8 = $2,803,200, not $2,277,600!
