That comment borders on the ridiculous. I have been making calls for the last 5 years. That is how I found out that when GPSI (then CPSZ)released this press release:

Continental Prisons Systems, Inc. Appoints Auditing Firm

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Continental Prison Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CPSZ) a transaction services provider to the correctional and judicial markets in the US, is pleased to announce that effective October 31, 2012, the Company has engaged the accounting firm of dbb McKennon ("McKennon") as its new independent auditors.

Ron Hodge, CEO and President of Continental Prison Systems stated, "The Company will disclose its audited financial statements and the audit report immediately upon issuance by McKennon in order to provide the public with transparency of the financial activities and position of the Company."

Continental Prisons Systems, Inc. expects to complete the audit during Q4 2012.

They could be sued by shareholders. I called McKennon. I found out that at that time GPSI never paid a retainer to the auditing company to get process started. So GPSI was putting out press releases they were going to put out audited financial when they never hired the company to do the audit!

My lawyer says that is grounds for a shareholder lawsuit.

I have made many calls. What the company says is they can't give out inside information and they can't give information to only one shareholder.

Who should I call? What is the number?

I think you are getting inside information.
