There have been several royalty agreements made this year. . . none of those who have invested those hundreds of thousands of dollars, expect to NOT produce the products they plan to sell.
The couple I have some knowledge about are structured where B.I. provides/sells the Kryron, to the principal who has paid the 'fee' for the rights to produce the product, will then manufacture the product and sell the product.
B.I. has only to produce the 'raw' material and receives the revenues for that production and the remainder of the 'process' is not reliant on B.I.'s ability to sell or market the 'item'.
