If the public trading shell is valued at $700,000 to $1.5 million depending on market fluctuations , the value of the $200,00 debt is subtracted. The value is higher than the market cap of the MMMW stock. The value of the technology and the percentage of the ownership of the new company as shareholders could add a much higher valuation depending on the reverse merger candidate.
